Susan has worked on the information design team at Escalent for 21 years. Prior to the merger with Escalent, Susan had a similar role at Morpace. Her area of focus is automated reporting. Susan populates data and stat testing into large tracking studies for automotive, health care and retail clients.  Introducing graphics, colorizing cells, chart bars and lines and other “advance” asks from clients has been a big part of report automation. Prior to market research, she worked at the City of Ann Arbor, Michigan Police department learning skills that enable her to handle unruly analysts and clients with ease!
