Community Interest Policy

This is the statement ASC provided to the Community Interest Company Regulator in its application to become a community interest company, and now exists as a policy of the ASC. It defines the community ASC exists to serve and sets out in simple terms the benefits that ASC aims to bring to that community through its activities.

Conference and Events Terms and Policies

Here we provide a summary of the terms and conditions that apply when booking to attend one of our conferences or in-person events.

We aim to be fair and open in these terms, and to meet our commitment to ensuring that are events and activities are welcoming and open to all who wish to participate.

Collecting and processing personal data

Our policies for handling and retaining of personal data set out what we will do with the personal data we collect from anyone attending one of our events, and the data we collect and retain for members of the association.

Complaints policy

If you have not received what you expect from us, we ask you to let us know. If, after that, you are not satisfied with how we have dealt with the matter, we explain here how to raise a complaint with us.

Diversity and Inclusion Policy

This document outlines the ASC’s Diversity and Inclusion policy.  This relates to all ASC activity such as but not limited to; holding meetings, conferences, exhibitions, or other events, issuing publications of any kind, funding educational, research or other development projects, or any other way that a general meeting or the Executive Committee shall consider achieves the principal objectives of ASC.
