To stay competitive in an increasingly challenging market, businesses are looking to improve efficiency – to bring costs and time down, whilst increasing productivity.
Fortunately, the rapid speed of technological change over the past few years has brought a dizzying array of new opportunities. Consequently, the old maxim of working smarter, not harder has never felt more true – yet which tools and techniques bring the most value? How can we use technology to achieve high-quality results with fewer resources? And how do organisations shape a future where technology supports happier, more engaged people.
Topics we would like to include are:
- Leveraging automation: how AI and machine learning are enabling leaner survey operations exploring how automation and AI can help survey teams become more efficient.
- Doing more with less: streamlining data collection and analysis using lean methodologies. – Applying lean methodologies to survey data collection and analysis to increase efficiency.
- Practical examples of ResTech and day-to-day uses
- Balancing quality with efficiency: strategies for maintaining data integrity with limited resources – Techniques for ensuring high-quality data while working within budget or resource constraints.
- Optimising remote teams: boosting productivity and well-being in distributed workforces – How to manage remote or hybrid teams effectively, while ensuring team well-being and productivity.
- Rethinking respondent engagement: maximising participation with minimal investment. Innovative approaches to engaging respondents without expensive incentives.
- Cutting costs, not corners: innovation in low-budget survey design and execution. Creative strategies for conducting cost-effective surveys without sacrificing quality.
- The future of survey computing: scaling innovation with smaller teams and lean resources. How smaller, more agile teams can continue to drive innovation and industry progress.
