Conference accommodation at Royal Holloway
Delegates at our International Conference in June who take advantage of the residential package we offer can stay on site at Royal Holloway in a premium en-suite guest room. The accommodation is provided in double en-suite bedrooms with double beds and en-suite shower rooms in clusters of eight rooms each sharing a communal pantry where there are tea and coffee making facilities.

Premium en-suite double bedroom
While these are not hotel rooms, they offer comfortable, clean and inviting lodging at reasonable cost – and very convenient, being a relatively short stroll away from the conference events – close enough to nip back briefly during the event for a moment away from the throng, or to discretely catch up on some business.
Our conference is taking place during vacation time, so the accommodation we will be using is exclusively used for conferences and events such as ours. After the conference dinner, or a few drinks in the conference bar, their close proximity can be a small moment of luxury!

Local hotels
If you prefer to make your own hotel arrangements, we recommend trying to stay close by. Hotels in central London, for example, typically require a door-to-door a commute of 1.5-2 hours. If driving from other points, bear in mind that traffic can be quite congested locally in the period before the conference starts each day.
Fortunately there are several hotels in the immediate vicinity – though none are a short walk away.
The Runnymede on Thames, Windsor Road, Egham, TW20 OAG.
